I-BOX
Versatile, practical and flexible semi-automatic boxing and labelling machine.
This unit is ideal for the production of small batches and for contractors who need to box different products.
I-BOX is capable of boxing products in boxes of different sizes and applying up to two labels or stickers.
The steps to work with I-BOX are quick and easy, namely:
- The machine forms the box and closes it on one side.
- The operator manually inserts the product into the box.
- The machine applies up to two stickers on the box. Stickers can be independently printed in-house labels or stickers applied by a pre-applied sticker roller.
- The box is completely closed and ready for the next production step or shipment.
The I-Control software, supplied with I-BOX, can manage a database of ready-to-use barcodes, allowing the operator to scan the barcode, set the number of pieces to be produced, start printing, and let the machine automatically print and apply the barcodes to the formed boxes, thereby minimising waste.

AUTOBOX VA
Advanced automatic boxing and labelling machine.
This unit can automate an entire packaging and labelling process for different industries.
The AUTOBOX VA machine is an advanced solution for the packaging and labelling process, which fulfils different requirements to the I-BOX. This is how its process works:
- The machine applies the first sticker to the still flat box.
- The box moves onto the conveyor belt and is formed.
- Before the box is closed on one side, a second label can be applied.
- The box is closed on one side.
- The product is automatically inserted.
- The machine can be fully automated to prepare the box for automatic product insertion, and can be supplied with a conveyor to enable the insertion of difficult products that must be held in the correct position.
- Alternatively, the product can be manually loaded onto the loading belt.
AUTOBOX VA, like I-BOX, is supplied with the I-Control software that can manage a database of barcodes
