BANDING LINE
Unit for the automatic application of adhesive and cardboard bands.
This unit can also be used on automatic packaging lines.
BANDING LINE
Banding bietet die Möglichkeit, einzelne oder mehrere Produkte zu verpacken und sorgt für das automatische Verschließen der Verpackung.
Banding offers the option of packaging single or multiple products and automatically seals the packaging.
Here are a few examples of automatic closure:
- Closure with transparent sticker on the side of the package
- Closure with transparent sticker in the centre of the package (back)
BANDING LINE
Banding is a modular solution, and its standard version can be enhanced with additional features:
- Printing and application of an adhesive label with information such as barcode, size and colour +
- Direct band printing
AUTOBAG
Automatic bagging machine designed for bagging single or multiple products.
This unit has a fully modular design and can be customised according to the type of packaging required.
Autobag offers the option of packaging single or multiple products and automatically seals the packaging.
Various closure options are available, depending on the customer’s requirements.
Here are a few examples of automatic closure:
- Permanent closure with pulling, cutting and welding system
- Adhesive closure, also with printing and application system
- Tear tape closure, open/close system
- Closure with 2, 4 or 6 weld points (typically used for bags designed for transport only).
Autobag is a modular solution, and its standard version can be enhanced with additional features:
- Perforation of the ventilation hole +
- Perforation of the eyelet through which the hanger attached to the card comes out +
- Printing and application of an adhesive label with information such as barcode, size and colour +
- Easy perforation of a ‘Din’ or normal hanging hole and ventilation hole +
- Direct bag printing +
- Preparation of a tear-open system (such as the one used for nappies, sanitary towels, etc.) +
- Automatic ultrasonic welding of plastic hangers for hanger management
WORKSTATION DOUBLE TAGGING
An automated system designed to work with different sized fabrics, both small and large, to apply card riders and hangers, and to print barcodes directly or apply adhesive labels.
This solution can be adapted to meet production line requirements, and includes a large variety of features, such as exceptional flexibility combined with a high production speed and excellent reliability.
Workstation Double Tagging allows card riders, hangers and adhesive labels for barcodes to be applied through stitching with Dennison plastic threads.
The main operations and features of this system include:
- Quick and easy item change
- Designed for all types of products up to 80 mm thick (50 mm compressed)
- Automatic start-up and automatic unloading for increased productivity
Workstation Double Tagging comes in a standard version that can be enhanced with additional features:
- Module for inserting promotional labels automatically +
- Direct printing of the barcode on the card rider using the i-Control Software (Autotex registered) +
- Change of sewing system with A01 sewing machine using polyester thread
P-PACK
Machines for the automatic packaging of packages with pre-glued cards.
The P-PACK machine can quickly and efficiently carry out various operations such as packaging, adhesive printing and positioning, and stitching with Dennison threads.
P-Pack allows products to be automatically packaged with a card for hanging display stands (euroslot type).
The main operations and features of this system include:
- Printing and applying stickers to the front and back of packages
- Opening pre-formed packages
- Applying promotional stickers or decals
- Security stitching of products onto cards with nylon/PP stitches by using System 1000 pneumatic modules or with long needle for delicate fabrics.
